This is an external hotline for directors and employees of Otsuka Chemical Group companies to report (or provide information on) serious violations of laws and regulations that may have a significant impact on the company.

If a report is made in good faith, the reporter will not be subject to retaliatory measures or be placed in a disadvantageous position.

However, if a reporter uses the hotline to maliciously damage another person or the company while knowing that the report is false, the whistleblower may be punished in accordance with the employment regulations.

Please report the following cases to this hotline.

• Report on bribery
• Report on misappropriation of assets such as embezzlement and theft
• Report on fraudulent financial statements
• Report on serious fraud or misconduct
• Report on compliance violations by executives
